    On April 21, I called the service department and inquired about the cost and time involved in programming two new key FOBs. The gentleman in the service department with whom I spoke initially informed me that I would need to call back with the last 8 digits of the car's VIN # so that he could look up the car model and then the cost of the parts and labor. After calling back with those VIN numbers, the gentleman transferred me over to the service appointment counter, and I made an appointment for May 4 at 9:00 am. I am certain that I was clear about the purpose of the appointment: (1) to ready the car for when my college daughter came home for the summer and (2) to get two new key FOBs programmed. Apparently, no one from the Service Center made sure to have not just the outer case to the key fob, but the transmitters that would be needed to program two new keys. It was very inefficient for me to come to the service center on 5/4 only to have to come back again on 5/5. On 5/5, however, the parts were available, the keys were programmed very quickly, in just over an hour, and my car was washed when it was returned to me. i think Koons Chevrolet should have done a better job of ensuring that all of the parts were in stock prior to my appointment on 5/4, or they should have called to tell me to postpone the appointment until the parts arrived. I own my own small business, and it is a hardship for me to be away from it two mornings in a row.

    GMC knows there’s a lifter issue with their motors. My engine failed at 12,000 miles it’s absolutely ridiculous. It was really nice breaking down on the highway!!! (I—66) I wish there was a law that you had to take back the AT4 6.2 i bought. I am not a camper.

    We've had issues with our 2019 Tahoe. It has less than 10,000 miles on it but we've had to bring it in 3 times between May and October of this year. Jimmy, David and Jackie at Koons Chevy/GMC/Buick service center have given us excellent service and a wonderful experience. They've been very understanding and extremely patient with our frustration over a brand new vehicle with such low mileage having issues. Also Paul, a sales manager, has been awesome as well, explaining our options from day one when we received the vehicle to now when we're experiencing these issues. We appreciate all their help in hopes the vehicle performs better. Thank you
